How much do custom patches cost?
Patches are priced by size — use the size calculator to get the square inches and see pricing. A one-time $25 setup fee applies per new design.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 6 pieces of the same sized artwork.
What colors are available?
Faux leather patches come in 10 stock colors.
How fast do patches ship?
Every patch order receives a design proof, and once approved, patches ship within 8 business days.
How do I apply the patches to hats?
With a hat press — medium pressure, 45 seconds (280° top / 320° bottom on a dual press, or 320° on a single). See our full Application Instructions.
What file type do you need?
A vector file — ai, eps, pdf, or svg. If you don't have a vector file of your artwork, art fees start at $15.
Are your patches made in the USA?
Yes — every patch is laser-engraved at our facility in Pittsburg, Kansas.
