Policies and Minimums
- Initial custom orders cannot be processed without a Purchase Order Number or your Company Agent's Name.
- For reorders, supply the most recent invoice number.
- Custom or Fan Club orders require a 15 sheet minimum order.
- Minimum order of $20.00 on ALL stock orders.
- We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover with a signature on file.
- Orders and approvals taken by phone are accepted at your risk and only entered into production with signed authorization on file.
- Proof approvals must be signed unless a signed authorization for phone approvals is on file.
- Garment orders and 1,000+ transfer orders may require a 50% deposit.
- Refusal of an order may result in future prepaid shipments only.
Rush Service, Deliveries and Returns
- Normal delivery ships Ground Track 6-10 business days following art approval.
- UPS Overnight, 2nd or 3rd Day Service is available at your request and charges will be applied to your bill.
- ALL RUSH ORDERS SHIP RED LABEL.
Rushes are available with charges applied to your order accordingly.

- Orders already in production will be billed as complete.
- Unauthorized returns of C.O.D.'s will require an additional shipping fee and must be prepaid prior to second delivery.
- Returns will not be accepted without a First Edition RA number.
Artwork Policies
- No ganging of artwork on oversize sheets.
- Artwork not approved for production within 2 weeks will be billed for art at our hourly rate.
- Art Charges for Fan Club layouts with standard changes are $20.00 each.
- For changes requiring extensive artwork, ordering a mascot not included in the Fan Club booklet, redrawing or initiating a new design, artwork will be billed at $40.00 per art hour. Call your sales representative for a quote.
- Rush Proof orders (Same Day Service) bill at $20.00 per proof.
First Edition Guarantee
- Instructions and an additional transfer are provided with every custom order.
- Please check carefully and apply a test print on scrap material to verify accuracy. Call IMMEDIATELY if a problem exists.
- First Edition's responsibility is limited to reproduction of transfer only if produced not as approved.
- We recommend and use only Cliff Hix Engineering heat transfer machines due to the accuracy of the temperature, heat and pressure.
- A Hold Harmless may be required prior to art production.
- First Edition is not responsible for improper applications.
